Jacob Nizri has been actively involved in the digital media industry for the past 15 years, in both executive and entrepreneurial roles.
He formed WeEndeavor Holdings Group in 2015 as a central management team to navigate the group’s various entities in which Mr. Nizri has equity or board duties. WeEndeavor is a team composed of top veteran professionals who serve daily as active, hands-on board member and consultants. The companies overseen by the group span the globe and include: Brightcom (formerly named Ybrant Digital), Positive Mobile, MindAd,VidClub and Literally Media.
In addition, Mr. Nizri, acts as an investor and mentor to several high-tech start-ups, mostly in the online space. As co-founder and board member, he’s been part of Dau-Up, a marketing powerhouse for gaming companies that was acquired by XLmedia (on the London Stock Exchange) in 2014, and a board member at eXelate that was acquired by Nielsen. Other companies where Mr. Nizri invested and/or has board membership include: Convert Media, DreamAd, Imonomy, Advestor, Core.Bi and Web3.
Mr. Nizri also volunteers with the Appleseed Academy, an NPO looking to battle social inequality through access to technological knowledge and skills.
Shahar Shaharabany is a founding partner and Group CFO of WeEndeavor Holdings Group, where his expertise and esteemed background in global finance, economics and business management add unparalleled value. In addition to his leadership roles at WeEndeavor, Mr. Shaharabanhy has been CFO for Brightcom (formerly Ybrant Digital) since 2008.

Since 2011, Mr. Shaharabany has also served as a director at a variety of companies. Formerly, for almost 14 years, he was a lecturer at Tel Aviv University and the Academic College of Tel-Aviv-Yafo, lecturing about accountancy and economics. During this time, he also held senior management positions in various finance and media companies.

Yaniv Ben-Atia, a founding partner and CTO at WeEndeavor Holdings Group, specializes in transforming technological visions into reality. His ability to identify and achieve business opportunities within the media industry also brings real added value to the company. Shirley Lowenstein, Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at WeEndeavor Holdings Group, has been actively involved in the digital media industry for the past 14 years.

Ms. Lowenstein is both a pioneer in and veteran of the online niche, having been involved with strategic planning in the industry since its early days. Over the years, her expertise in digital advertising has evolved to span the fields of analysis, business development, process optimization, as well as implementing cost-effective programs and tools to grow company revenues. She also brings to WeEndeavor hands-on experience in performance management across digital, display, Facebook, mobile and video.
Prior to joining WeEndeavor, Ms. Lowenstein was an executive at Ybrant Digital, leading the global company’s operational team.
Ran is the founder and CEO of Made finance, a leading financial service firm which specializes in the high tech industry. Ran built and managed the financial organisations of exceptionally successful Israeli startups from bootstrapping to maturity. His extensive experience covers mergers & acquisitions, fund raising, and complex tax planning as well as day-to-day financial management.
Ran served as CFO of several companies including Oridian (acquired by Ybrant, 2008), 5min Ltd (acquired by AOL, 2010), the Gifts Project (acquired by eBay, 2011), and eXelate Media Ltd (acquired by Nielsen, 2015), Lool Ventures an early stage fund and TIPA, a revolutionary developer of biodegradable packaging solutions for the food and beverages industry.
CEO & Co-founder
Gal is a digital-advertising veteran, with over 13 years of management experience in the digital media and technology industry. He has been acting CEO since 2015 and has served on Mindad Media’s Board of Directors since January 2011. Currently, Gal navigates the company’s strategy development while also directing the Sales, Biz Dev and Operations’ units. His management expertise combined with his passion for the media niche significantly contribute to the company’s dynamic energy and success.
Prior to taking the helm at MindAd Media, Gal served as General Manager of Ybrant Digital, one of the world’s largest digital programmatic companies, from 2010-2015. He previously served in other executive positions within the company, including as executive VP of Sales during which he increased sales by 150%, as well as in Oridian, which Ybrant later acquired.

Barak is a digital advertising expert with over 12 years of experience in the field.
He has a proven track record in building and leading digital marketing strategies for startups, focusing on demand generation for both B2B and B2C segments.
Barak has vast experience in implementing and optimizing top-performing, results-focused SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Before joining MindAd Media, Barak managed professional marketing teams in a variety of international companies.
Barak has a strong analysis & business background, and holds a BA in Statistics as well as an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.

Yarden has been working at Mindad for over 2 years, managing the office operations and the HR field in the company. Yarden is in charge of the recruitment of new employees, implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

Amit joined Mindad at the early stages of the company, helping to shape its business strategy, as well as heading its sales and customer success teams.
In the past 4 years, Amit consulted dozens of startups and tech companies at different stages, and planned, built, and executed their digital marketing growth strategies.
Prior to joining Mindad, Amit managed the sales and product marketing for a leading company in the dietary supplements industry, with a focus on penetrating the US market.
Gillit is the Head of International Business Development at MindAd. She has an extensive online marketing background with over 8 years’ experience in global marketing, sales, and international business. She is a seasoned biz dev and sales executive with a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention, developing strategic partnerships and maintaining business relationships.
